Basketball Skill Development


All Private and Group session participants will receive 1 or 2 hrs. of instructional training.
Guards:
- Ball handling
- Passing
- Free throw, mid range & 3 point shooting
- Post moves
- One on one lock down defense
- One on one dribble drive attack moves
- Setting screens and receiving screens
- Speed & strength development
- Energy system development
- Running the fast break
- Team defense (Rotation/help & recover)
- Offensive rotation (Moving without the ball)
Centers & Forwards:
- Ball handling
- Passing
- One on one post moves
- Rebounding
- Running the fast break
- One on one post defense
- Setting screens and receiving screens
- Free throw and mid range shooting
- Speed & strength development
- Energy system development
- Team defense (Rotation/help & recover)
- Offensive rotation (Moving without the ball)
