Private Performance Training

The Private Training Package is offered to those individuals interested in a specialized training. This program is custom made for your specific needs. The program will focus on your running technique, speed, quickness, agility, reaction, as well as develop explosiveness and strength.

Weekly Training Programs
Weekly Training Programs are held year-round.

Elite Performance Program

Who: Professional athletes
The Elite Level Training Pac is a package offered to professional athletes only. This program was designed so each athlete will build on their performance and training techniques. The athletes will also have the opportunity to work with our professional staff to meet your needs for nutrition, medical and rehabilitation.

• Explosive Power exercises
• Quickness and Agility drills
• Increasing Muscular Strength and Endurance exercises
• Focus on proper nutrition and supplements

The College Training Program is offered to those attending college or enrolling into college. This program was designed to teach the athlete how to build on their running technique, speed, quickness, agility, reaction, as well as develop explosiveness and strength.
College Training Package Includes:
• Intensive Speed Training

• Increasing Muscular Strength exercises
• Focus on proper nutrition and supplements
• Nutritional Supplements (protein drinks / energy and recovery drinks)

High School Performance Training

The High School Training Program is offered to high school and middle school athletes going to high school. This program was designed to build on your running technique, speed, quickness, agility, reaction, as well as develop explosiveness, and strength.

• Increasing Muscular Strength and Endurance exercises

Youth Summer Program
Duration: 1 week

Ages: 6 - 12
The Youth Training Program is a beginning program for athletes from the ages of 6 - 12. The training is specially designed to help them understand the importance of speed training mechanics.
In this package, we cover a wide variety of performance enhancement drills. The athletes will be taught how to perform specific drills and fundamental techniques that will enhance and improve their speed and explosiveness. Our philosophy is to combine performance enhancement drills so youth athlete can establish a foundation for improvement regardless of their skill level.
Youth Training Package Includes:
• Basic and fundamental technique
• Running development and coordination drills
• Essential Movements drills
• Explosive first step drills
